Zimbabwe Acquires 400 Tractors From Iran

In a major boost for the land reform programme, Zimbabwe will soon receive 400 tractors from Iran under a US$15 million credit facility.

The 400 fully assembled tractors are ready for shipment, the regional manager for Iran Tractor Manufacturing Company Mr Ajdar Moradi told journalists here as he emerged from a meeting with a Zimbabwean delegation led by the Minister of Lands, Agriculture and Rural Resettlement Dr Joseph Made, on Sunday.
